OVERVIEW
Cache County is accepting applications for an IT Technician Intern to join our Information Technology team. The IT Technician will work under the general supervision of the IT Director and IT Leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT Technician Intern performs various entry-level skilled duties as needed to assist with delivery of computer services to county departments and ensure proper ongoing system efficiency and effectiveness. Maintains and supports help desk operations for beginner and experienced users on a wide variety of IT hardware and software platforms. Gains knowledge to help with support of client/server applications. Analyzes and solves simple technical issues and requests, including seeking guidance toward full resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school or equivalent; AND One (1) year of computer operation and system support experience OR pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology.
