GlobalTalentConnect is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative on behalf of a U.S.-based company. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional in Pakistan looking to provide exceptional customer support to international clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Use CRM and scheduling tools to manage customer interactions and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
- Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a reliable laptop or computer.
- Must have a stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection (minimum 10 Mbps download/upload speed).
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) with excellent grammar and dialect.
- Proficiency in using computers and a willingness to learn new software, including CRM and scheduling tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
SALARY RANGE (MONTHLY)*
From 90,000 PKR to 125,000 PKR
