Admit to adjacent Memorial Hospital: 25-bed, critical access hospital

Outpatient and Inpatient Practice

On site lab, pharmacy & X-ray

Patient volume: 14-21 per day in the clinic

Current practice of 2 DOs and 5 MDs

Round at the local nursing home

Call is 1:11; schedule is approx. 3 days per month and 1 weekend a month (call is shared with other clinic in town)

Hospital has 24-hour ER coverageRequirements
