Guest Arrival Ambassador- Pet Kennel (Busch Gardens Williamsburg)

What you get to do:

Resolve guest issues in a timely manner and with excellent guest service.

Ability to complete daily paperwork such as sign in/out sheets and Pet Kennel Acknowledgement paperwork.

Must check on pets periodically to determine if they need water or if the kennel needs to be cleaned.

Maintain an excellent level of cleanliness and organization in your work area.

Wear Personal Protective Equipment and be comfortable interacting with various animals.

Must have basic park knowledge and be able to answer guest questions.

What it takes to succeed:

At least 18 years old

Previous experience working with pets preferred but not necessary. We will train you!

Ability to adapt to change in operations quickly and effectively.

Demonstrate courteous and professional behavior in all work aspects with guests and Ambassadors.

Ability to successfully resolve guest issues while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.

Must be reliable, well groomed, and mature.

Must be able to successfully complete all company and department training requirements.

Perform duties while practicing safe work practices and upholding SEA Safety Standards.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
