Job Summary:

Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Developer at our Dallas office, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and enhancing the Salesforce environment. You will be responsible for creating custom solutions, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful implementation of new features while maintaining high standards for code quality. This role also involves collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to meet global initiatives, coupled with occasional support for AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify opportunities for workflow automation and backend process optimization.

Build custom user experiences and a component library to scale custom features.

Provide technical leadership and raise standards for Salesforce development excellence.

Maintain existing Salesforce features and lead the implementation of new global initiatives.

Partner with Product Managers for requirement gathering, solution consulting, and feature implementation. Must-Have Skills:

7+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL/SOSL

Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems using various APIs.

Solid understanding of AWS services and their application. Industry Experience:
