Job Summary:

This role involves collaborating across diverse teams to drive results, leading technical discussions with partners, and acting as a design and implementation consultant. The successful candidate will develop and optimize web, software, and mobile applications, addressing partners' integration issues and influencing product development roadmaps. You'll be responsible for guiding partners through integration audits and improvements, brainstorming joint solution architectures, and creating enabling tools and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead integration audits of partners and recommend enhancements to fully utilize ecosystem capabilities.

Architect and develop solutions encompassing web, software, and mobile apps that meet customer needs.

Serve as the primary technical expert for partners, conducting training and code-jam sessions.

Generate documentation and tutorials to articulate architectural decisions and share knowledge.

Regularly communicate with partners to discuss ongoing improvements, bug fixes, and integration challenges.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in web, software, or mobile application development.

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.

Expertise in at least one of the required programming languages and familiarity with web services.

Domain Experience:

Experience in consumer finance management or small business applications highly desirable.

Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is a major plus ABOUT AKRAYA
