Business Process Analyst - Senior

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $30 - $33/hr.

Job Summary:

This role focuses on automating HR processes to improve efficiency and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated solutions for benefits administration, and develop and maintain comprehensive documentation. They will also be responsible for training HR and benefits teams on new systems, monitoring the effectiveness of automated processes, and leading continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current benefits programs to identify automation and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated solutions for benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to employee benefits.

Develop and maintain documentation for automated benefits processes.

Provide training and support to HR and benefits teams on new automated systems. Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency with Workday, ServiceNow, and other HRIS systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Industry Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration, preferably within the HR domain.

Experience with process modeling techniques and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is preferred. ABOUT AKRAYA
