Wage: Up to $41.00 per hour

Your Impact as a Staff Development RN:

Lead the professional development of clinical team members

Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new clinical staff

Conduct engaging 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with new hires to ensure a smooth transition

Provide ongoing education, training, and support to staff

Conduct regular rounding to maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction

Oversee employee health records and educational programs

Organize and facilitate new employee orientations for both the campus and the nursing department

What You Bring to the Team:

Associate's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin

Minimum of 5 years RN experience

A passion for teaching, mentoring, and making a difference!
