Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift
Our client, a market leader in welding solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support team, facilitating the needs of distributors, sales teams, and warehouses. The ideal candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help customers, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?
Facilitate the needs of distributors, field sales team, and warehouses including orders, expediting, quotes, returns, and product recommendations.
Manage in-bound calls daily to assist customers and sales teams with product or account inquiries.
Responsible for data entry tasks, including order entry and account management.
Review and respond to time-sensitive emails in a timely manner.
Conduct backorder reviews and communicate updates to distributors and the sales team.
What's Needed?
Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service environment preferred.
A desire to grow professionally through experiences and focused training.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to assist customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems, with a comfort in learning new software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of composing professional emails.
