Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized counseling to a caseload of four students, addressing their unique academic and emotional needs.

Provide general counseling support to the entire school community, promoting a holistic approach to student wellness.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health and wellness for students and staff.

Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience in school counseling or a related field, particularly with high school students.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and staff.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of counseling techniques and best practices in educational settings.

Relevant certification or licensure in counseling or psychology.
