Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior .NET Developer to lead the architecture and development of a lightweight native Windows application. This app will integrate with GenAI services and clinical systems, featuring automation and advanced UI powered by Microsoft technologies (System.Windows.Automation, WebView2, WinUI/WPF). You’ll work directly with the founders, AI engineers, and clinical domain experts to design and deliver a secure, robust application for healthcare users.
Responsibilities
Lead development of a native Windows app using C#/.NET (WPF, WinUI, or UWP)
Implement a lightweight, responsive UI with seamless integration of WebView2 for embedded web content
Develop features using System.Windows.Automation for UI automation, accessibility, and workflow integration with third-party apps (e.g., EMRs, journal systems)
Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Collaborate with AI/backend teams for REST/gRPC API integrations, real-time event handling, and authentication
Architect for maintainability, testability, and future team scaling
Drive code reviews, CI/CD adoption, and high engineering standards
Required Skills
4+ years hands-on experience building native Windows applications with C# and .NET (WPF, WinUI, or UWP)
Deep knowledge of System.Windows.Automation, UI Automation APIs, and scripting Windows workflows
Strong experience with WebView2 integration and hybrid/native app UI design
Experience working with REST APIs and securing desktop apps (OAuth, SSO, local storage best practices)
Familiarity with healthcare domain, EMR/EHR integrations, or regulated environments is a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working independently, with ownership of product and technical decisions
Knowledge of AI integration, LLMs, or healthcare/clinical software (not mandatory but a bonus)
