About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in European banking regulations, specifically FIREP, COREP, and Basel frameworks. If you thrive in regulatory reporting, enjoy cross-border compliance challenges, and are comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Create datasets for the reg reporting

Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements (FIREP, COREP, Basel) and translate them into actionable data/reporting strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with European banking compliance standards.

Support data modeling and mapping for regulatory submissions.

Validate data requirement for Reg reporting product

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.

Hands-on experience with FIREP, COREP, and Basel II/III reporting frameworks.

Understanding of European Central Bank (ECB) and EBA reporting requirements.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with regulatory reporting tools

Familiar with BIRD (Banks' Integrated Reporting Dictionary)

Familiarity with SQL or data querying for report validation.
