Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled nCino Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring 4–7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on nCino platform implementations. This role involves customizing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce and nCino ecosystems to meet evolving business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.

Collaborate with architects, analysts, and key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.

Configure core nCino functionalities including Lending, Deposits, Treasury Management, and Collateral Management modules.

Write and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, workflows, and triggers.

Identify and resolve system issues and bugs within the nCino/Salesforce environments.

Conduct code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and follow established coding standards and best practices.

Ensure that all solutions are secure, scalable, and perform well under load.

Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Proven hands-on experience with nCino implementations.

Strong grasp of nCino features and configuration.

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Familiarity with integration tools and middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or REST/SOAP-based APIs.

Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
