Job Summary

We are hiring a seasoned ERP Implementation Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in core accounting and ERP system implementations. The ideal candidate will be certified in Oracle NetSuite (SuiteFoundation and Advanced Revenue Management) and Sage Intacct (Implementation and Accounting Specialist). This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise in Payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Reporting, and end-to-end ERP administration.

You will lead ERP implementations, integrations, and customizations for clients across diverse sectors, while also serving as a functional accounting expert within Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct ecosystems. Experience with third-party integrations like BILL, Expensify, Stampli, Nexonia, and Tipalti is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Implementation & Integration

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct, from requirements gathering to go-live support.

Handle data migration including Master Data (Vendors, Customers, Employees) and Historical Trial Balances.

Perform gap analysis and configure custom workflows to align ERP features with business needs.

Integrate third-party tools like BILL, Expensify, Stampli, Nexonia, and Tipalti with NetSuite and Sage Intacct.

Troubleshoot sync issues and manage ERP feature preferences and module setups.

2. Core Accounting Process Management

Configure and maintain modules for Payroll, AR, AP, and General Ledger within Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct.

Oversee monthly closing activities, bank reconciliations, and compliance reporting.

Act as ERP Administrator, managing access control, system preferences, and performance optimization.

3. Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define implementation goals and business requirements.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and scope using Agile practices.

Conduct client onboarding, user training, and change management sessions.

Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and post-deployment.

4. Testing, Reporting & Documentation

Perform system and user acceptance testing (UAT) for functionality, integrations, and data accuracy.

Build and customize financial reports and dashboards in NetSuite and Sage Intacct.

Ensure thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and integration setups.

Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct ERP systems.

Solid understanding of Accounting Principles (GAAP) and compliance standards.

Experience in ERP integrations with financial tools: BILL, Expensify, Stampli, Nexonia, Tipalti.

Strong skills in data migration, chart of accounts setup, and multi-entity consolidation.

Knowledge of financial automation, audit trails, and workflow customization.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.

Capable of managing multiple implementations concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based SaaS financial platforms and automation tools.

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Prior experience working with US-based clients or international finance teams.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).

Master’s Degree or CPA/CA equivalent is a plus.
