Job Description
We have a Payroll Administrator/Specialist at our corporate office located in Sandusky, Oh. This individual should be organized with the ability to multi-task and possess good customer and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Enter bi weekly payroll using ADP, verifying federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
Manage agency partners
Process and enter invoices
Process valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
Input of timesheets for employees; prepares bi-weekly payroll.
Calculates gross pay.
Prints payroll checks.
Sends direct deposits to clearing house.
Prepares payroll reports.
Pays bi-weekly and monthly bills (child support, garnishments, etc.).

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
