Job Description

We are a New York City-grown company and we’re currently looking for talent. We are seeking an outgoing, trusting individual to join our Operations team as a Floor Supervisor. This is a 100% on-site role for our Warehouse located in: 161-15 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY

The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in Spanish, personable and ready to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to lead and support one of our key warehouse shifts. Ideally seeking to grow within our company!

Previous experience is not required, though it is preferred. Comprehensive training will be provided for this position. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a dynamic, fully hands-on position.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work fully on-site at the Jamaica, Queens warehouse.

Must be able to commit to full evening shift hours 4 P.M. to 12 A.M., Monday through Friday

Fluent/Conversational in Spanish (required) with excellent communication skills

College degree preferred but not required

Prior warehouse/supervisor experience preferred, but not required

Computer proficiency is a must

Ability to work independently and lead by example

Must be punctual, dependable, detail oriented and a team player

Occasional weekend overtime may be required during busy season

Compensation & Benefits for the First Year:

Full time role

Hourly Rate: $30/hour

Bonuses: Annual performance-based bonus opportunities

3 weeks paid vacation per year (must be taken outside of July–September)

Key Responsibilities:

Support warehouse team members during the evening shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) while reinforcing best practices and SOPs.

Actively work on the floor with pickers, packers, and loaders, especially during high-volume hours.

Ensure all items are picked, packed, labeled, and staged accurately and on schedule.

Inventory Data Management

Report Generation & Analysis

Order & Documentation Processing

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Coordinate with other shifts and departments for smooth operational hand-offs.

Identify and resolve order or inventory issues in real time, escalating when necessary.
