Job Description

Los Angeles real estate management firm seeks a full-time Property Manager.

Primary responsibilities include:

Supervise maintenance staff

Maintain quality standards of all repair and renovation work

Maintain condition of all properties

Qualifications:

2 years experience as a property manager, maintenance manager or similar role

Speak fluent Spanish

High school diploma or equivalent required

Working knowledge of the Section-8 voucher system

Working knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Possess a vehicle for work use, and able to regularly travel between properties

Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, comfortable using mobile apps

Experience using property management software a plus
