Order Selector and/or Reach Truck

At least a year of experience.

This would be a temporary position.

Pay would be $18.00 per/hr

We would need to test them on the equipment before starting. Please see below for description and requirements for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and stage product by operating various equipment such as sit-down forklift, reach truck, cherry picker.

Pull and prepare product for shipping including but not limited to labeling, banding, stretch wrapping, block and brace.

Verify shipments for accuracy, document and report any discrepancies.

Utilize RF scanner.

Follow established company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with warehouse and office personnel to meet productivity goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Perform daily equipment inspections prior to operation.

Perform other duties and not limited to just driving a forklift, you will label, band, stretch wrap, clean drums and totes, and restack bags and pails.

Qualifications:

Flexible work schedule: must be able to come in early, stay late, and/or work weekends depending on operational needs.

Must be able to work in a congested area(s) and non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Must have experience in handling hazardous material

Must be able to lift 50-90 lbs, adjust the body to bend, push, pull, stretch, stoop, squat, and grab; walk and sit for extended periods.

Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
