Data Entry Clerks needed for various roles at the courthouse

Location: Fully onsite in Broward County, Florida
Hours: Day Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (no overtime available)
Pay: $13.00 hourly – weekly pay offered. (Can apply to internal positions after working 520 hours)
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Provides service to walk-in and phone customers
Faxes requested items, sorts, and distributed mail requests
Process and applies fees
Performs filing and copying as needed
Scan documents and updates cases
Processes and files a variety of paperwork in an accurate and timely manner; enters data into appropriate computer software system as needed
Answers phones, routes callers, and provides information as required; refers calls to appropriate division/staff member as needed
Organizes documentation and files documents in designated order; retrieves/replaces files
Requirements:
At least a GED/High School diploma (must be able to provide proof of education)
Customer Service Experience (Retail, Call center, Front Office or relevant csr work)
No visible Tattoos or piercing (must be willing to cover them up)
MUST be able to lift at least 25lbs.
Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (NO EXCEPTIONS)Company Description
