Voodoo Shop Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a manager for a respected Voodoo Shop.

Qualifications:

1. No felonies whatsoever, no matter how long ago

2. No theft, forgery, embezzlement, or dishonesty crimes (federal background check will be performed)

3. Ability to work long 13 hour shifts.

4. Previous managerial experience or substantial sales experience

5. Excellent sales abilities. This is not just an job that you will answer customer questions you also will be actively suggesting products to them.

6. Ability to manage and motivate a team.

7. Ability to manage inventory and let us know what you need to keep the store stocked.

8. Knowledge to Voodoo or metaphysics in general or a willingness to learn so that you will at least know the basics to serve people.

9. We are seeking someone who is ready to start immediately

10. we are seeking someone who wants to stay on a job long term.

11. This is a store with a lot of activity and movement. If you can’t manage multiple things happening at once or easily have meltdowns or can’t cope with stress please do not apply

13. Also very important is that you have to be willing to perform the tasks required in the manner the owner specifies. The owner is very particular about the experience customers get at her store. We need someone who will respect that and honor that and follow that even on her abscence. Policies and procedures must be followed.
