Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Call Center Representative to join the team at Multi- Specialty dental office. Applicant MUST have 3+ years of dental office experience. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will answer phone calls, schedule patient appointments, confirm patients,collect payment and insurance information and assist administrative staff as needed. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
Three or more years of experience as a receptionist preferably in a medical or dental office.
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
