We’re looking for an RN with pediatric and home health experience to join our team! This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week contract position with potential for extension or permanent hire.

RN Pediatric Care Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is up to $42.00-45.00 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

RN Pediatric Care Manager

This position is a contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs

• This is a remote role, but the candidate must be sourced from Laredo, TX due to it being a field position conducting home visits.

RN Pediatric Care Manager Shift Details:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Overtime may be required with manager approval

• 3 days per week of face-to-face member visits; 2 days for documentation

RN Pediatric Care Manager Responsibilities

• Perform in-home face-to-face assessments for members

• Complete all required documentation per State and Company guidelines

• Submit assessments and outreach documentation within required turnaround times

• Coordinate care and services for pediatric members

• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards

RN Pediatric Care Manager Requirements

• Active RN license (required)

• Pediatric experience (required)

• Home Health experience (preferred)

• Case Management experience (preferred)

• Reliable transportation for travel to members’ homes

• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
