Job Description

Job Title: HVAC Technician / Full Time)

Location: San Diego, California

Salary Range: $30 - $40 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems

Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical and mechanical components

Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and changing filters

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within specified timeframes

Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and best practices

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must pass a background check

Availability to work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed
