Responsibilities
Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for analytics, reporting, programming, developing algorithms and analyzing and solving programming problems related with Clinical Information system. Clinical Data Analyst will analyze Clinical data from multiple systems used within the organization to provide trends, reports, statistical information, identify areas for improvement. Clinical Data Analyst will analyze user requirement, procedures and problems to automate processing or to improve existing information system. Clinical Data Analyst will handle Health Care (HL7 Data) and will contribute in Enterprise level Clinical Data Warehousing, Design and Development, Data Model and Data Analytics for Application.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. Medical Graduate, PA or Nursing Graduate with credentials in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data warehouse analytical tools.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Three (3+) year experience in software programming and custom report writing.
2. SQL server experience and Web programming preferred.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in application implementation and support and experience with the software development life cycle.
4. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications is desirable.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective partnering relationships with other information-technology professionals, physicians, nurse staff and hospital management staff.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $33.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
