Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose & perform equipment repairs and part replacements

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (minimum 3 years)

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Ability to handle physical workload (plus ladders, attics, crawlspaces)

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Universal EPA certification

NATE certification a plus

Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and walk at various intervals
