Professional Land Surveyor

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, licensed surveyor to contribute to the Land Surveying operations and staff direction. This is a project management position with a well-established company that will suit the person who is detailed, highly organized, a strong leader, and enthusiastic about project success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Experienced in preparation of Legal Descriptions and related sketches, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Tree Surveys, Construction Layout and As-Built Surveys, ALTA requirements, Condominium Exhibits, Flood Plain Determinations, Wetlands Jurisdictional Surveys, ROW mapping/acquisitions.

· Uses AutoCAD Civil 3D software to prepare and review survey work products.

· Provides supervision for Field Crews and CAD Technicians.

· Works with Clients and Design Team for proper survey products for construction plans and permitting documentation.

Minimum Training Experience

· Licensed Professional Land Surveyor and Mapper (PLS or PSM)

· Minimum 5 years of experience
