What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome and assist prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism

Conduct tours of apartment homes and highlight community features

Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and excellent customer service

Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects

Ensure model apartments and tour paths are clean, inviting, and ready to impress

Represent the community with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude—even on busy days!

Stay mindful of curb appeal and presentation throughout the property

Utilize leasing software like YARDI, Onesite, Entrata with confidence (prior software experience needed)

Follow Fair Housing laws and community policies

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience (required)

Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations

Proficiency with property management software (YARDI, Onesite, etc.)

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

A team player with a passion for helping people find their new home

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

A professional appearance and a winning smile!

Preferred but Not Required:

College degree
