Hire Type: Long-term contract, Onsite

Target Pay Range: $55.00 - $65.00/hour (W2, with full benefits package)

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Building Controls Engineer to support ongoing operations and future transitions within the building systems team of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This role is critical to ensure continuity of programming efforts and maintaining the integrity of our HVAC and laboratory control systems. You will work closely with existing staff and take a lead role in programming and supporting building control infrastructure.

Job Duties:

Interpret and review control system drawings developed by the controls design team.

Develop and write programs based on provided designs using internal structured programming standards.

Support and maintain existing Siemens-based control systems.

Program and troubleshoot systems including - HVAC systems, VFDs for air handling units, terminal boxes, PLCs, and lab and fume hoods.

Must follow structured programming methodologies and company standards.

Note: Lighting systems are not a primary focus for this role.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s Degree in Engineering or a field related to Control Systems.

4+ years of applicable experience.

Experience with Siemens building control systems.

Strong understanding of HVAC and lab ventilation system controls.

Background in control system design is preferred.

Familiarity with VFDs, terminal box programming, and PLC logic is preferred.
