About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Trade Coordinator. This position plays a key role in facilitating communication across departments, responding to trade inquiries, and supporting the seamless operation of international logistics processes.

As a Coordinator in the Shipping Line, you will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of customer service are upheld in all trade-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and has a passion for international business and trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Coordinators work within the Shipping Line and are responsible for responding to all Trade enquiries.

They liaise with various departments within and outside the organization, together with customers, maintaining the highest levels of customer service and communication.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Leadership and teamwork abilities

Attention to detail with excellent analytical thinking

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED

Coursework or degree in Global/International Business, Economics, or a related field

Experience in a trade coordination or logistics role is preferred but not required
