Job Title: Concierge Manager

Location: Fair lawn, NJ (On-site)

Salary Range: $67,000 - 72,500

Job Description:

We are hiring a Concierge Manager!

Join to the team at luxury 55+ active senior living communities. As a Concierge Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for concierge services, oversee daily operations, and plan engaging resident events. We're looking for someone with experience in senior living or luxury hospitality who can create memorable experiences and deliver top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide concierge services (reservations, transportation, wellness appointments, etc.)

Coordinate and work with residents to provide services such as (Car, salon, Spa, Tour, pet sitting, housekeeping services) and any additional services

Provide exceptional communication and professionalism to both Residents and Management.

Plan and manage resident events and activities

Oversee amenity operations and ensure smooth facility functions

Build local vendor relationships and maintain promotional materials

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality, senior living, or event planning

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organized, energetic, and service-focused

Familiarity with Google Suite; Building Link or Salesforce a plus
