As a Proposal Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal development process for our Industrial Automation business. You will be responsible for coordinating and organizing proposal activities, ensuring that all proposals are completed accurately and submitted on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to our Proposal Manager and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our business by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of proposals, which are critical to winning new business and driving growth.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Coordinate and organize proposal activities, including generating proposal templates, gathering proposal materials, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with proposal requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop proposal content.
+ Review, edit, and proofread proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.
+ Maintain proposal documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
+ Support the proposal review process, including scheduling and facilitating review meetings and incorporating feedback.
+ Assist in the preparation of presentations and other supporting materials for proposal submissions.
+ Navigate globally known platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
+ Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment by prioritizing tasks methodically.
+ Coordinate daily with multiple proposal managers.

**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 2+ years’ experience in proposal coordination or a similar role.
+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
