Job Summary: We’re looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Banquet Captain to lead our banquet team and ensure smooth, successful events. From weddings and corporate meetings to private celebrations, you’ll help bring each event to life with professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

Lead banquet staff during food and beverage service

Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and prepare rooms accordingly

Ensure proper pacing, timing, and guest satisfaction throughout events

Communicate with clients and address any questions or concerns

Assist with scheduling and managing banquet staff

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of banquet areas

Secure equipment and facilities post-event

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of banquet or hospitality experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and guest-first attitude

Valid food handler card and liquor service permit (required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
