The compensation target range for this role is:$85,000 - $100,000
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to support our Wholesale channel business. This role will serve as the strategic adviser and subject matter expert for a large wholesale partner account, providing deep financial planning, analysis, and forecasting insights. The position may also include other duties to support the Wholesale business as required. The ideal candidate brings experience in retail or wholesale businesses, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can confidently interact with senior leadership.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the dedicated finance partner for a major wholesale retail account, leading budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
Develop and maintain a robust, customer-specific P&L model to assess full-account profitability, including gross margin, program costs, and channel-specific operating expenses.
Develop robust financial models to assess impacts of changes to pricing, promotions, margin impacts, and account profitability.
Own the financial narrative and performance insights for this partner, providing clear and concise updates to senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and supply chain to align on account strategies and execution.
Build deep expertise in the retail partner’s dynamics while continuing to understand broader wholesale financial operations.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements and analytical enhancements to drive efficiency and insight.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in FP&A or similar experience, ideally in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods.
Demonstrated experience in cross-function supply chain, with the ability to improve processes and provide insights into the chain’s impact on a company’s financial performance.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel required, Adaptive Planning/NetSuite experience preferred.
Experience with forecasting processes and tools strongly preferred.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience delivering insights to executive audiences.
Strong business acumen, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
