This role will be based out of Marshall+Sterling's Poughkeepsie office.
We're looking for a hands-on Sr. IT Infrastructure Technician to lead hardware, network, and infrastructure projects across our offices. You'll manage complex setups, guide tech upgrades, and be the go-to expert for escalated issues.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and infrastructure across multiple locations.
Take ownership of network device setups, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Plan and lead infrastructure projects in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage procurement of equipment and ensure timely fulfillment for upgrades and deployments.
Supervise or perform structured cabling installations for network and telecommunication systems.
Work across teams to ensure technology infrastructure supports organizational needs with minimal downtime.Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT support, networking, or infrastructure roles. and High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates Degree in computer science, Information Technology preferred.
Must have project management experience.
Willingness to travel to office locations and work flexible hours as needed.
Valid driver'slicense and ability to lift and set up equipment.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience, education, and work location.
