This role will be based in Capital Region.

We are looking for an efficient, personable, and adaptable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our agency. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Greet visitors and answer incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate team member.

Manage incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries with attention to detail.

Accurately take messages and ensure timely delivery.

Process client payments and maintain the daily cash drawer.

Support general office tasks and help keep operations running smoothly.

Assist in training relief reception staff as needed.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team environment.Requirements:

Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, and Microsoft Office.

Experience with AMS360 is a plus

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

Communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.

Are organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.

Have experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Vertafore is a plus.

Total Rewards Package:

Compensation: $37,500 - $42,500, based experience.
