RSE Tongan supervisor

Amberland Orchards is a family owned orchard that grows Apples and Pears for the domestic and local markets.

We are situated in Lower Moutere, 7kms Southwest of Motueka.

We have a full-time position come available for a RSE Tongan supervisor.

Key Tasks are: Supervising the Tongan RSE workers during thinning and pruning Quality control and supervision of pickers during harvest To complete other orchard tasks including tractor operation, spraying, mowing etc Skills required: To be fluent in both English and Tongan To be able to keep RSE workers on task regarding actions and behavior To stay at the RSE accommodation and ensure house rules are complied with
