Recruiter

Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Recruiter reporting to the VP of Human Resources in Midland, Texas. This position will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities

Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and team needs.

Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.

Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday.

Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and manage pre-employment processes.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent outreach activities.

Oversees the internship program.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

3+ years of related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
