Sr. SAP Analyst (SAP Production Planning). Lead the implementation of SAP solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and translate them into comprehensive functional specifications. Document all functional requirements. Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project. Act as the primary point of contact between IT and manufacturing teams. Work with manufacturing requirements, processes, and pain points. Analyze complex issues, propose alternatives, and guide decision-making processes. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing AS-IS system, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement and document. Recommend changes and improvements to optimize business processes. Be an active participant in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Build Epics, user stories, tasks, and dependency tasks to enable better planning and collaboration processes. Follow the change management process for all production changes. Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape. Requires M.S. degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration or related field and background in SAP solutions and best practices; Knowledge of all Manufacturing strategies like Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-stock (MTS), as well as end-to-end SAP PP processes; Familiarity with Agile principles; Knowledge of LIDS (MES - Manufacturing Execution systems), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and 12C (CPQ) systems; Knowledge of SAP PP module, SAP S/4HANA implementations; Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain processes.
