Assistant Client Relations Manager
Location: New York, New York
Compensation: $63,000- 65,000/year
We're looking for a people-first leader who can bring operational excellence, client-facing polish, and team development skills to a fast-paced, high-touch environment. As an Assistant Client Relations Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing on-site operations, enhancing client experiences, and supporting a team of 15 across multiple locations.
You'll serve as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery, uncovering areas for process improvement, and helping to drive revenue and retention. Reporting to the Client Relations Manager or Director, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and knows how to make both clients and teams feel supported.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, resolving issues and identifying improvement opportunities
Ensure workspaces are client-ready with appropriate signage, clean presentation, and an elevated experience
Manage a wide range of office services: mail, print, meeting support, AV, facilities, hospitality, and project coordination
Oversee staffing, development, and performance of a team of 15; manage hiring, feedback, and coaching
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and financial goals to meet business objectives
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and client success
Lead quality control and customer satisfaction efforts through regular floor tours and client check-ins What We're Looking For
3-5 years in a client-facing operations or office services leadership role
Experience in office operations, facilities, or hospitality, ideally in a corporate or legal setting
Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using tech-based workflow tools
Exceptional communicator and proactive problem-solver
Able to juggle competing priorities in a high-volume, service-driven environment
