Job details:
Type: Temp to Hire (based on performance)
Location: Duluth, GA
Days/Hours: Mon - Fri 8 am to 5 pm
Pay rate: $ 16.75 Key Responsibilities:
Review customer applications and update their status.
Communicate with advisors about missing documents.
Help customers with job applications, system registration, and document uploads.
Encourage workshop participation and explain career center services.
Guide job seekers based on their needs and make referrals.
Listen to requests and direct customers to the right resources.
Provide friendly and timely service.
Support excellent customer service and gather feedback.
Work well with the team and contribute to tasks.
Give clear job search guidance and program information. Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced public environment.
Excellent writing skills and experience with resumes.
Familiar with job search websites and labor market tools.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, social media, web search).
Team player with a pleasant personality and strong work ethic.
Proficient in Excel and able to provide computer guidance.
Training on the system of record will be provided. Must be able to drive to any office location in all area counties (Clayton, Douglas, Henry, Fayette, Gwinnett, and the ARC downtown location) occasionally as needed to meet project needs
Pay Details: $16.75 per hour
