Job #82319 An aerospace client is looking for a Mail Clerk who will work in a fast-paced team environment serving our site customers and building operations
Location: Irving, TX 75063 (On-site)
Position: Mail Clerk
Pay Rate: $13/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule: 5 8 (M-F)
Responsibilities:
Site Mail Services including receiving, processing, sorting, and scanning incoming USPS, FedEx and UPS mail daily.
Tracking and logging incoming FedEx and UPS packages to ensure receipt by package POC.
Responsible for receiving mail from internal customers and processing outgoing mail prior to daily mail pickup by USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Site Conference Room Support to the Facilities team in room setups, minimal AV skills and customer interaction for any supplies needed for their meetings (pen, paper, whiteboard, markers, cabling, etc).
Site Printer Support - replace toners as needed and keep log of printer usage reports. Report outages or issues to client service center when necessary. Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship required.
High school diploma
Exceptional, confident, and professional customer service skills are required.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
Must have the ability to run mail equipment such as postage machine, postage weight scale, document scanner and mail opener.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and show initiative and creativity.
Skills Required - MS Outlook, minimal MS Word & Excel skills. Equipment highlighted in SOW.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated ability to use basic manual tools.
