Location: Dallas, TX

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our data management systems and ensuring accurate information flow throughout the organization. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data across various platforms, which is essential for informed decision-making and business operations.

Responsibilities:

Input and update data into the database accurately and efficiently.

Verify the accuracy of data before submission to ensure high-quality standards.

Maintain records of data entry activities and track progress.

Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.

Generate and distribute reports based on data analysis as required by management.

Assist with data cleanup and maintenance to ensure data integrity over time.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role, demonstrating necessary skills and proficiencies.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with an emphasis on attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and data management software.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and departments.
