As the Personal Care and Memory Support Administrator, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care to residents in 83-bed personal care department. What You'll Do:
Management Responsibilities
Ensures the well-being of residents in Personal Care and Memory Support at Providence Point.
Develops an empowered and effective staff team aligned with the organization's mission.
Oversees daily operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and marketing initiatives. Performance & Quality Improvement
Addresses and resolves resident and family grievances.
Fosters a person-centered environment with a strong QAPI culture.
Works within budget to ensure smooth operations and continuous quality improvement. Compliance & Community Relations
Ensures full compliance with Pennsylvania's personal care licensure regulations.
Engages regularly with residents and families to assess satisfaction and implement improvements.
Directs marketing efforts while monitoring occupancy and benevolent care commitments. Professionalism & Customer Service
Maintains a high-performance, ethical, and professional atmosphere.
Encourages resident, family, and staff input to create a person-centered environment.
Promotes a "Culture of Wellness" to enhance quality of life for residents and staff. Qualifications You Bring:
Required: Associate Degree and Current PA PCH license. Must have long-term care or assisted living/personal care management experience for a minimum of 5 years
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, plus every other weekend-perfect for balancing your career with life's other joys!
