Pharmacist

This position will cover third (3rd) shift, working 7 days on and 7 days off.

Prepares, dispenses and monitors medications, and IV admixtures to meet patient, employee and public pharmaceutical needs. Researches drug information questions and determines pharmacokinetic parameters for appropriate dosing. Ensures the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to patients ofALL ages. Makes appropriate clinical interventions to insure patient safety and optimize patient outcomes. Authorized access to all medication storage areas within AnMed.

Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist in South Carolina.
