We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QMS Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 (and AS9000 as applicable). The ideal candidate will ensure that our quality processes, documentation, and audits meet internal standards and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve the QMS in alignment with relevant standards (ISO/AS/etc.).

Lead internal and external audits, including audit planning, execution, and follow-up.

Manage document control, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and nonconformance processes.

Facilitate management reviews and track quality objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality procedures are understood and followed.

Train staff on QMS requirements and best practices. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.

5+ years of experience in quality systems within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

Lead Auditor certification preferred.
