Position: Assistant Property Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

What We Offer:

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay up to $21.00/hour, based on experience.

Lucrative commission program: Earn up to $75.00 per new lease AND up to $100.00 per lease renewal.

Annual raises: Up to 5% based on performance.

Employee Referral Bonuses: $500.00 - $1,000.00, depending on the role referred.

As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a positive community experience for our residents. Your responsibilities include:

Welcoming prospective residents, conducting tours, and leasing apartments.

Maintaining the appearance of model and target apartments to showcase their appeal.

Preparing and managing lease agreements and ensuring timely signatures.

Assisting the Property Manager in marketing efforts and ensuring all materials are current and effective.

Creating and managing daily online marketing campaigns, including Craigslist and other platforms.

Monitoring "curb appeal" to maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.

Supporting resident relations and ensuring a positive living experience. What We're Looking For:

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in multifamily housing leasing is a plus.

Strong computer proficiency and the ability to navigate software systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills.

A willingness to complete online training and professional development courses.
