Wolf Creek Care Center is looking for a Part-Time Admissions Coordinator to help welcome new residents and guide them through the admissions process with warmth, compassion, and professionalism.

This is your chance to play a vital role in helping residents and their families feel informed, supported, and cared for right from the start!

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet new residents and families and walk them through the admissions process

Help gather and complete all required admission paperwork

Maintain accurate bed availability records and room assignments

Notify nursing staff when new residents arrive so they're warmly welcomed

Provide admissions packets and review important information with residents/guardians

Coordinate transfers and discharges with a smile and attention to detail

Job Description Summary - Admissions Coordinator

The Admissions Coordinator facilitates a smooth and efficient resident intake process. Duties include interviewing residents and families, completing and organizing required paperwork and signatures, orienting residents, assigning rooms, and maintaining up-to-date bed availability records. This role coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges, collaborates with nursing and other departments, and ensures confidentiality and accuracy in all resident-related documentation. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
