Operational Resilience Project Manager

Our client, a top-tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is seeking a Resilience Project Manager to support its end client, a leading US bank. The contractor will be responsible for strengthening the organization's operational resilience, business continuity, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Oversee operational risk and resilience programs, ensuring regulatory and industry compliance.

• Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams to assess vulnerabilities and enhance resilience frameworks.

• Manage incident response and crisis management strategies, ensuring rapid recovery from disruptions.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance organizational resilience and risk preparedness.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (OCC, FRB, Basel, etc.).

• Proven experience in operational risk, resilience, and business continuity planning.

• Strong knowledge of banking/financial services regulations and risk frameworks.

• Ability to coordinate across business and technology teams to ensure resilience initiatives are successfully implemented.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with banking or financial institutions.
