We train hard, work smart, with precision and accountability at the core of our practice. Every new hire, regardless of years of experience, completes at least 6 weeks of hands-on, high-touch training. Because no matter where you’ve been, there’s always more to learn.

What You’ll Do

Assist physicians with instruments and supplies according to their preferences

Monitor patients’ vital signs and administer sedative medications within your scope and under physician order

Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment

Collaborate with surgical and clinical staff for efficient, seamless procedures

Support central processing and sterilization workflows as needed

Collaborate in a team-first environment where communication is key

Jump in where needed — with urgency and initiative

What You Bring

Current Ohio RN license (required)

An innate ability to think critically, act decisively, and maintain calm focus in a fast-paced surgical environment

You’re detail-oriented and wired for precision

OR/procedure room experience is preferred, but not required

Experience with catheters is a plus
