Are you an RN looking to step into a role where your skills, curiosity, and initiative truly shine? At Central Ohio Urology Surgery Center, we’re not just any ASC — we’re nationally recognized for excellence and proud to lead the way in urologic surgical care.
About the Role
As a Preop/PACU RN, you'll be a vital part of our perioperative care team, supporting patients before and after surgery. Your role will require vigilance, critical thinking, communication, and a proactive approach — because smooth recoveries start with confident, competent nursing.
Why Join COUSC?
Yes — for the second year in a row, U.S. News & World Report named us to the list of “Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers,” with the elite distinction of being “High Performing” in urology. But here’s the truth: none of that would be possible without our people.
Our reputation is built on the excellence, grit, and humility of our team. We are a group of doers — elite professionals who show up with curiosity, urgency, and collaboration every single day. If you're hungry to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and energized by a team that pushes each other to be better — you'll thrive here.
We train hard, work smart, with precision and accountability at the core of our practice. Every new hire, regardless of years of experience, completes at least 6 weeks of hands-on, high-touch training. Because no matter where you’ve been, there’s always more to learn.
